Using this website means accepting these terms. Published plan prices are indicative starting points for project work and are negotiable against final scope; they are not an offer to contract.
Project work
Engagements are governed by a written proposal covering scope, milestones, payment schedule and ownership. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.
Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables produced for a client transfer to that client. Wera Solutions retains rights to underlying tooling, and to show the work publicly unless agreed otherwise.
